So today was a GREAT day and a very SAD day. Today, Jesse and I found out that the appraisal went through for the house so it is our's!!!! We have been waiting for this news for almost 3 weeks now!! We are so thrilled that we will have a home to be living in once we get down to Florida! No living in an apartment :D However, tonight I went over to my parents house to spend time with them. And after dinner, my mother began to cry because she had to leave with my sister for swim practice. Then my dad teared up and my sister was a mess which of course made me a mess. Thank god for Jesse keeping me distracted so i wouldnt be too upset and once i got home, i've just been keeping busy with packing to think about. I will definitely miss my family like crazy!!!! But I did film my last video early this morning when everything was peachy keen :D Hope ya'll enjoy it and check back in for updates on the whole move and hopefully i'll have a video up here in a few weeks in my new craft space in my new home :) Thanks you everyone for all your kind words and warm wishes!

ReplyDeleteMy brother and his family just moved to Florida. It was the first Christmas in 53 years that all my siblings were not together with all their families and children. BUT now there is Skype! Skype made us all feel like we were together at least. So tell your family that you will see them soon on Skype! Good luck with your move....and thank your husband for his services for me. I truly appreciate any serviceman.

ReplyDeleteHi Trish, yea leaving the family is always hard. All my family is back east in Florida and New Jersey and I'm in California. But SKYPE is a good way to keep in touch, other than emails and phone. Anyways..good luck with the move.. Oh ! and the stamp is from Stampin Up. It's called Humor in High Heels.
