Momo's Tuesday Challenge

Hey Everyone!

Happy Tuesday!  Today is Momo's Tuesday Challenge and man was it a challenge! This weeks challenge is to find something that inspires you, such as a photo, and make a project with that inspiration.  The below picture is my inspiration.  Gem is a schnoodle and my baby, as we don't have kids yet :)

The is the card that I created.  I got the layout from Mojo Monday....Thought I'd make it a double challenge for me LOL.

The dog is from Nate's ABC and the Circles are from Accent Essentials.  The stamp set is from Scrappy Mom's Amusing Animal.  The color isn't showing up right but the dog is grey and I sponged it with Black to make it look like Gem.  Be sure to head to Momo's blog to check out the other fantastic designers projects.

mia

Hey everyone! Sorry that I have been missing lately. Jesse and I are taking advantage of the gorgeous weather we're having here in Florida. We went to the Greek festival and Lee county fair with friends this weekend. Jesse also just bought me a MacBook which I'm still trying to learn. LOL I've been a PC ever since I used and owned a computer. So I'm trying to learn the imovie and edit a cooking video I made.

So I just wanted to say...I'm still here and will be posting my card for Momo's challenge tomorrow after work.

Scrappy Mom's Sneak Peak #2!!!

Hey Everyone!!

I truely hope that your enjoying the Scrappy Mom's Sneak Peaks for Furry Friends from all the Scrappy Mom Sista's!  They are amongst the most crazy group of women I've ever seen and am so honored be on the design team with them!!
I'd also like to say thanks again to my bosses Tammy & Mel for asking me to be part of the team! Its a great job :)

Anywho...To another card using the Furry Friends set.  This card is again, very simple, and easy to make.  Lately, i've been noticing that my cards have been getting simpler....I think I need to bust out the layers again :D

Happy Friday Y'all!!

Peachy Keen Let's Face it Friday Challenge

Hey Everyone!!!

I decided that I was going to try to join in with as many Peachy Keen Challenges as I keep purchasing their stamps but want to get the most use out of them.  This LFIF Challenge was to create a container to collect your valentine's day cards in.  Since I was at Target just last weekend, I decided to pick up the same mini-mailbox the design team used.  I think it came out cute and simple :)  PS....be sure to check back tomorrow for Scrappy Mom's Sneak Peak!!!!!
